Warren House, which was once owned by the third Lord Derwentwater, offers a total of 13 bedrooms, all en-suite. All of the rooms are individually designed with your comfort in mind, beautifully decorated, and appropriately furnished according to their individual styles. All rooms are also equipped with modern facilities, including direct dial telephone, colour TV, hair dryer, trouser press and courtesy tray with tea/coffee making facilities.

Prices start at £120 per night for two people sharing in the low season, rising to £223 in peak seasons. Larger, superior rooms such as the The Maria, looking out onto the picturesque mature gardens, range from £137 - £175 per night for two people, according to season.

The impressive suites, like the Parador, Gray and Rose, are charged at £168 for two sharing in the low season, rising to £223 per night. All rates include taxes and a traditional full English breakfast. Reductions can be made for single occupancy.

Warren House is strictly a no smoking bed and breakfast establishment, but does allow smoking in their 'Puffin' room – a separate building near the entrance. Children are welcome, as are small dogs, by arrangement.
